Building on her past experience as a nonprofit employee, she combines her listening skills with extensive strategic and management expertise to support leaders in understanding the root causes of their challenges, analyzing operational processes, developing strategies, and successfully moving through change.

She looks at organizations holistically to identify gaps and opportunities that align with their vision, mission, and goals. Her knowledge of management methodologies helps leaders facilitate accountability and achieve buy-in, both during her engagement with them and as they apply those skills in the future.
